Free Cruises!

If you are looking for a chance at a free cruise, there are several sweepstakes available right now, so you will want to check those out!

  • Carnival has partnered with Pepsi on a Pepsi Zero Sugar Rookie of the Year sweepstakes. Now through the end of February US residents can visit PepsieRookiecruise.com and enter to win a Carnival Cruise. Fifteen people will win a $1,500 voucher to cruise on Carnival. I did read through the fine print and Vouchers cannot be used on Alaska, Europe, Australia, Mardi Gras, Celebration, Jubilee or holiday sailings and does not include Taxes, Fees and Port Expenses.
  • Azamara has a Valentine’s day giveaway on Instagram called their #BeMyShipmate sweepstakes. By sharing digital valentine’s on their Instagram stories that show Azamara’s various European ports of call, the winner gets a European cruise for two in a Club Veranda stateroom. The Sweepstakes ends February 13, and the winner will be announced on Valentine’s Day, February 14. The fine print states that it is only open to US residents: European departure in 2023, 10 nights or less, one Veranda Stateroom, based on availability.  Azamara cannot guarantee availability on every departure.  Guests are responsible for taxes and fees.  Offer expires at the end of 2023 and cannot be credited if unused.
  • Viking lines is giving away an 8 day cruise for two. You get your choice of one (1) of any 2023 or 2024 eight (8) day River, Ocean, Mississippi or Expedition cruise itineraries. Roundtrip air fare is included as well. Veranda Suite (AA class) for River Cruises, Penthouse Junior Suite (PS class) for Ocean and Mississippi Cruises, and Nordic Junior Suite (NS class) for Expedition Cruises. The sweepstakes is open to US and Canada residents and ends March 31st.
  • Of course I always read the fine print and found the funniest thing on the Viking sweepstakes: ADDITIONAL RULES RELATED TO RESIDENTS OF CANADA: Potential Canadian Winners will be required to correctly answer a time limited mathematical skill testing question administered (as part of affidavit completion) prior to confirmation of status and awarding of any prize. — I don’t know what these means exactly. I am wondering if it is something like a digital verification process to make sure you are a real person? Like those “pick all the busses” grids. But I got a chuckle out of it.
  • Do be aware though Proof of COVID-19 vaccination and/or negative COVID-19 test may be required to board the cruise. I know that Viking is a line still requiring the vaccination, but I figure that will change at some point. I didn’t see this mentioned as part of the Azamara terms, but I believe they are also still currently requiring vaccination. Most lines have removed their covid protocols at this point except for some British and European lines.
